Nawfal Filali Fikri began his professional journey in the United States Air Force, where he learned the principles of discipline, adaptability, and leadership that continue to guide him today.
After his military service, he joined the Kissimmee and Mount Dora Police Departments in Florida. He served both as a full-time and later as a reserve officer, earning national recognition for his expertise in
de-escalation and communication.
His commitment to service and professionalism earned him a
Life-Saving Award—a defining moment that reinforced his belief that true leadership is rooted in calm, courage, and compassion.
Turning Experience To Impact
While still serving, Nawfal recognized a recurring challenge: many law-enforcement and military professionals struggle to transition into the private sector.
He set out to change that by entering public-safety sales—an industry that allowed him to serve those who protect, while developing his business acumen. He also mentors veterans and first responders in sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
At Galls, he quickly grew a national client base and became a trusted voice in the law-enforcement supply industry. Later, as Regional Business Development Manager at Blauer Manufacturing, he doubled federal and military territory revenue from $5 million to over $10 million, surpassing his first-year targets by 160%.
His ability to connect with decision-makers, backed by lived experience in the field, made him one of the most effective leaders in his space.
Creating a Path

In 2022, Nawfal founded Filali Consulting LLC, now part of Filali Group, to help service professionals achieve the same transformation he experienced.
Through his Operator to Owner Framework, he teaches practical systems that combine structure, leadership, and emotional intelligence to help clients thrive in business and life.
What started as a personal mission has evolved into a growing network of clients, events, and digital programs focused on one core idea: success after service is not only possible—it’s repeatable.

Today, Nawfal serves on the national board as Director of Partnerships for the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA)—the nation’s largest nonpartisan organization representing 140,000 federal officers and agents.
In this role, he oversees national partnerships, sponsorships, and initiatives that strengthen the support network for those who serve.
His work with FLEOA reflects his ongoing commitment to leadership, service, and integrity—values that define both his professional career and his coaching philosophy.
